CEYLON CINNAMON is real cinnamon. Cinnamon is light beige, has a fragrant perfume, and an aromatic sweet taste. Real CEYLON CINNAMON has papery quills with many layers and shouldn't be confused with darker CASSIA. It is used in both sweet and savory cooking. It is often found in Mexican, Middle Eastern, Morrocan and Indian savory cuisines. Obviously it is know as a fabulous sweet flavouring and CEYLON CINNAMON is perfect for CINNAMON SUGAR. It can be found in the Spice Trader blend RAS EL HANOUT.
