They have selected the best organic and fair trade coffee beans to match the complexity of the maple syrup. They are then roasted not far from the sugar shack. They are slow infused to create a perfect balance of coffee and sweet.
This can be used in Mexican Chili, beef ribs, baked beans, and obviously drizzled over ice cream, pancakes, or to sweeten your morning elixir.
